Valid ID verifying eligibility is required at the time of service.

Offer applies to owner-occupied residential homes only. Customer receiving the discount must reside in the home where the service is performed.

Not valid for commercial properties, rental properties, or services purchased on behalf of another person.

25% discount applies up to a maximum savings of $250 per invoice.

Minimum service purchase of $130 before discount.

Payment is due at the time of service by cash or check only. Not valid with credit card payments or financing, including GoodLeap.

Estimates prepared during the promotion do not lock in the discount. To receive the discount, the work must be completed during the promotional period.

Not valid on backflow testing or other services requiring government or regulatory fees.
